Club Regulations

§1. General Provisions

1. The regulations define the rules of conduct for club members during training sessions and events organized by UKS Złoty Tur Rumia.
2. All club members are required to follow these regulations.
3. Access to training sessions is available only to members with current membership dues paid.

§2. Training Participation Rules

1. Training sessions are held according to the schedule announced by the club.
2. Participation in training requires registration with the club and payment of membership dues.
3. Minors must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Each participant trains at their own risk and is responsible for their health condition.

§3. Athletic Attire

1. Participants are required to wear appropriate sportswear and athletic footwear.
2. PROHIBITED during training: leather belts with metal buckles, watches, bracelets, jewelry, and clothing with metal elements that could damage equipment.
3. Items listed in point 2 must be left in the locker room before training begins.
4. The above restrictions aim to protect specialized armwrestling equipment from damage.

§4. Equipment Care

1. Participants are required to care for training equipment and use it according to its intended purpose.
2. Armwrestling tables are specialized equipment - sitting on tables is prohibited, as is placing heavy objects on them.
3. Before training begins, check the condition of the equipment. Report any damage to the coach.
4. After training, clean up the training area and return equipment to designated locations.
5. Intentional damage to equipment will result in financial liability.

§5. Safety and Hygiene

1. Each participant is required to perform a warm-up before training.
2. If you feel unwell, stop training immediately and inform the coach.
3. PROHIBITED on club premises: smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants, being under the influence of such substances, violence, and use of vulgar language.
4. Participants should bring their own towel and water bottle.

§6. Final Provisions

1. Violation of these regulations may result in expulsion from the club.
2. Matters not covered by these regulations will be decided by the Club Board.
3. These regulations take effect from the date of their announcement.
4. The Club Board reserves the right to amend these regulations.
